Dan Aykroyd celebrated the completion of the Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum at the ENTREC Centre in Grande Prairie, Alberta with an exciting, jam-packed weekend!
This fun-filled weekend kicked off with Dan signing a Harley-Davidson, which was donated to the Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum by Might Peace Harley-Davidson dealership. The Harley-Davidson was raffled off later that evening at the Amber Ball.
After autographing the Harley-Davidson, Dan couldn’t resist signing a few of his Crystal Head Vodka bottles for fans.
The weekend followed with the Keys to the Region Ceremony for Dan Aykroyd, Donna Dixon Aykroyd, and their daughters to honour their contributions to the Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum.
The next day was the exciting Might Peace Harley-Davidson Aykroyd Family Ride and Dan led the way on the customized, autographed 2014 Harley-Davidson. Over 650 participants joined the ride from the Might Peace Harley-Davidson dealership to the Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum. The motorcycle ride led to the ribbon cutting ceremony and a fun family BBQ!
The weekend was wrapped up at the Amber Ball with performances from Estelle, The Tenors, and our very own Dan Aykroyd!
