Located inside the HydroSpa, the ice bar is literally a converted deep freezer that has been made to look like a frozen nightclub from another world. There’s packed snow on the ground and the walls are encased in bricks of ice. The bar is one giant hunk of ice. The shot glasses are even made of ice.
You get to taste from three Crystal Head Vodka expressions: Original, which is made from Canadian corn, Aurora from English wheat, and Onyx crafted from premium Blue Weber agave. The Onyx, which came out of a black glass skull, was my favourite. It tasted like tequila, only a bit smoother. Before we left, we got to experience a special Northern Lights show inside the bar. It was like a laser show, but with the glass crystal heads of the vodka bottles being illuminated.
